....hmmm..yeah not bad, got peer pressured into it, was nice but a lil greasy...
so have met the group-all aussies and me, we are missing an american!!! dunno where he/she is....the good thing is now that I ahve to go to Australia as I have so many offers of accommodation. Yay, I LOVE travelling.
so just been for food, got on local bus...good god, all hot and hectic and you dont get tickets, they kinda just come round to you and take your baht! then walked past lotsa stalls with all fuct up meat on them all stinking :(
its mad tho as everywhere you look its ful of stuff, lights, people, just so busy and hectic...
Then back to hotel as gotta be on the road at 7am...omg!
So crossing the border into Cambodia awaits 2moro-should go through around lunchtime then reach Sien Reap by late afternoon! Then to bed and leave hotel at 8am (new years day) to approach Angkor Wat from the back to avoid tourists and then see sunset too-around 5ish...then leave at 4.30am on jan 2nd to see sunrise at AW-woohoo!! How cool is that, theres quite a bit of free time too and we will also be visting some local homestays nd eating with them.
Oh crap, Long (the guide) has said that on the bus journey to Phenom Phen we will stop to try the local delucacy-deep fried turantula-erm...no thanks...or maybe I will..mind over matter and all that. Oh and when we get into Vietnam we are gonna get some bikes and go up into the mtns-coolio!! Long said that he will help me find a trip to the Chu Chi tunnels when we in 'Nam as all the others gfoing up to Hanoi so will be on me tod.
hehe just thinking about journey back form restaurant...squished in back of cab going all over the place (no road rules here) and some others were on a tuk tuk and v=\banging on our window-funny!! hellish, ritgh must go...
missing me stu as usual...
