...so hellish am in Cambodia, its cool, the roads are well rocky tho-really battambang (bottombang)....spent about 9 hours in 2 different minibuses today.
Left just after 7am (couldnt sleep so was scetching around the streets of Bangkok at 4.30am ish to get some water and a phonecard so could phone the special 1)!
Dont tell me mum!!! :)
So took about 3 and a g\half hours to get to Thai/Cambodia border-omg, hectic, people everywhere. Some guy took our big bags and then we queued for about 30mins and then got the obligatory stamp and then were effectively in no mans land...then into Cambodia side-omg, stinking ofold fish or summat...argh but ansum sign as walked over "Kingdon of Cambodia" and a mini Angkor Wat on top. COOL!!! :)
So then the hideous roads we were all tipped up but was mad seeing the scenery and the well what onlky can be described as poverty that these people live in...maybe they dont see it that way??!!???
So then went for lunch which was nice, I carbed up and then onwards, by the end it was so relaxing being thrown about on the bus.
Tried Cambodian ginger cake which Long our guide said was spicy and it wasnt at all, the lil joker!!
So now am in Siem Reap trying to avoid the mozzies, hoping for a good nights sleep tonight and looking forward to seeing Angkor Wat in the morning. ANSUM :)
They have a hot air balloon there you can go up in and take aerial shots-will see if I have time. Proper ansum nice innit!
Well, thas all for now, have a very happy new year everyone.....heres to 09 (08 was bloody fantastic)!!! Yay!!
Am avoiding the comedy scetches for a change...he he well there is still time, no doubt it will happen in the tarantula place :(

I am logged on at last. Couldn't get any reception in Cornwall on me dongle, flamin thing. Am sitting here in eewee's flat while he is working (yeah, new year's eve, boo boo). But reading your blog is very entertaining and I am right there with you man, ansum. I want comedy sketches, c'mon girl! Mmmm tarantula sounds interesting. I wonder if in a weird kinda way, spiders will be fearful of you after you have eaten one of their relations? Hmmm, could be worth a try haha!
Anyway, am off up to London tomorrow for some sort of new years day festival, eewee knows about it. Still job hunting and been to another agency today to register. Am feeling positive aboug stuff as their seems to be a lot more interest yeehar.
